Avviare Return Policy
At Avviare, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your first order, we’re here to help.
We offer a full refund to first-time customers who contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To start a return, please email team@avviareme.com. Our support team will guide you through the authorized return process.
To qualify for a refund:

Products must be returned in their original condition.

Returns without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If you are returning an Avviare Milk Frother due to malfunction, we accept claims within one year of the original purchase date. We stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to replace or refund frothers that experience manufacturer defects.

If the returned product arrives worn, heavily used, or damaged, we reserve the right to deny any previously approved refund or replacement.

Please pack your Avviare items carefully to avoid damage during transit.

We are not responsible for non-Avviare items mistakenly shipped to our facility.
Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for processing once your return is received and inspected.
